I picked this dress because it had everything I wanted in a dress except well, I wanted it to be a dress with straps (for my chests are small, and I thought it would be much easier for me to wear). I told the customer service staff my thoughts and I was willing to pay some extra changes. they replied quickly, asked me what kind of straps did i want, thick or thin? and other details. They were very nice, most importantly, that alteration was made for free. Dress arrived on time, they did exactly what i wanted, it was amazing and i looked fabulous on it. This dress is awesome. I bought it for a wedding and received quite a lot compliments from the guests. It is a very cute dress, love the beautiful flowers made on the spaghetti strap, really ups the romance factor of the dress, which suits the wedding theme well. I recommend it.
