Could the standard size dress come earlier than custome size ones? 18 days is a little long for me to get the dress. Since we maybe have to alter here or there. I need more alteration time. ;) Can I return it within 7 days for a full refund if I don't like it when I try it on???

Can anyone help me in deciding what size I should order, my bust and hips are size 6, but I am afriad that it will be a little tight on my waist, please help me!!! Can I return if I don't like the dress on me or if it doesn't fit me well?
