What fabric is this made of? Shall I get a color sample? I would like my dress to be custom made... but just to make sure, if it doesn't satisfy me, can I return it?

My bust is bigger than the size 10, but other measurements are US10, do I need to choose US12 in case of tightness? Can you guarantee the latest arrival date? Is it possible the gown arrives earlier?

Ordered right now, yesterday I went to a tailor shop to do my measurements,now everthing is ready,just wait for it arrival. I am from Germany, I see the sizes are US size, I am in Europe Size 36, do you know what size I should choose?
