They are very professional and helpful and their attitude are always friendly and kind. Shipping is a little bit long though, I still think it is acceptable and reasonable. Comprehensively considering its quality and price, I really think the dress is worthy each penny I paid for it.

The gown is just beautiful and elegant. The only issue is that I'll pay extra to have a seamstress alter it slightly in the shoulder and shorten the hem about 3"or 4". If you also like this dress, better to have it tailored if you may need any suggestion.
