I couldn't be happier with my experience. The dresses arrived much earlier than I expected. I've had bad experiences buying online from other stores so I confess I was a little afraid. When my fiancée and I opened the box and took out one of the six dresses that I order for my bridesmaids I literally started crying. I could tell this people made the dresses with love. Great quality fabric, there is not one single thread out of its place, the color is EXACTLY how they advertised and it looks elegant, classy and incredibly beautiful! Tina got back to me several times to double check the measurements to make sure I was getting the right thing. She is responsive, kind and very professional. Can you order a dress like this but add sleeves to it? I wasn't sure how your website works, is that an option or do you have to go with the way it is already made?

I ordered my dress for a wedding, I was a bridesmaid. Not only was the dress absolutely beautiful,but the company went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure my dress arrived on time when I made a size mistake!
When I ordered I accidentally clicked on the wrong size and didn't realize it until the dress arrived! I contacted the company and they worked with me on ordering a second dress for a cost that was very reasonable (considering I would have had to pay shipping to return/exchange the first dress).
I loved the dress and my mom ended up using material from the first dress to make an adorable jacket to go with it! Overall my experience with UWDress.com was incredible and I would definitely recommend ordering from them. The detail on the dress was gorgeous and the quality was amazing. However their customer service was the best in ensuring that my dress arrived on time after my mistake!

I bought 4 bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. They told me I could have custom sizing included for ordering 4 dresses. Probably a good idea to have a seamstress take your measurements. Three in this style. Loved the dresses and quality. I ordered color swatches and glad I did. They match exactly to the swatch but not to the color online. One dress fits perfectly. One needs minor alterations and the other one is about 2 inches too big on top and the waist area, of which they said they will pay for the alterations if I have it done by my local tailor. One girl hasn't received hers yet. Overall happy with the dresses, color, quality and service just wish all fit perfectly. They also came right on time...
