Does it come with straps, or is there any way we could buy extra material with it

Bought this dress for an evening party my company held three months ago and received quite a few compliments on it. I love its style--sweet, romantic yet very chic! What a combination! I must say I was skeptical upon ordering online, especially ordering from an overseas company that I have never heard of before. However, the dress is so attractive. It seems to have special magic to prompt me to place my order. Now, I am happy to say I have done that. My dress arrived as promised on schedule. It was just as beautiful as the online picture shown and very well made! When I order it in any color other then what is pictured am I only changing the bow color? or am I changing the dress color and the bow is staying the same as what is pictured?
