I picked this dress because it had everything I wanted in a dress except well, I wanted it to be a dress with straps (for my chests are small, and I thought it would be much easier for me to wear). I told the customer service staff my thoughts and I was willing to pay some extra changes. they replied quickly, asked me what kind of straps did i want, thick or thin? and other details. They were very nice, most importantly, that alteration was made for free. Dress arrived on time, they did exactly what i wanted, it was amazing and i looked fabulous on it. Style D58275 The dress I received is lovely. I wasn't sure what the quality would be ordering online, but the dress is very well made and just as pictured. It arrived very quickly. They were able to change the color of the embroidery to match my wedding color, no problem. And even emailed me a picture of the thread before they did the embroidery to make sure I liked the color. I was impressed.
