I ordered my dress for a wedding, I was a bridesmaid. Not only was the dress absolutely beautiful,but the company went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure my dress arrived on time when I made a size mistake!
When I ordered I accidentally clicked on the wrong size and didn't realize it until the dress arrived! I contacted the company and they worked with me on ordering a second dress for a cost that was very reasonable (considering I would have had to pay shipping to return/exchange the first dress).
I loved the dress and my mom ended up using material from the first dress to make an adorable jacket to go with it! Overall my experience with UWDress.com was incredible and I would definitely recommend ordering from them. The detail on the dress was gorgeous and the quality was amazing. However their customer service was the best in ensuring that my dress arrived on time after my mistake!

After ordering, I knew from Uwdress' customer staff that the dress was made to order and the delivery time would be 15-20 days. But my big event was 18 days later. They were very kind and told me to rush the dress for me. To my astonishment, my dress turned up in 14 days after my ordering, so quickly, far beyond my expectation. Everywhere is perfect. The fitting is so great that it looks like it is specially made for me. Adding the 20 US dollars that I paid for rush fee, it was still cheaper than those at stores. Unbelievable,dress was so nice, much beautiful than pictures. Fabric is not cheap one at all. Each bead on dress was sewn very well, none falling off from dress after washes for several times.Good purchase and highly recommend!
