Hello, I am seriously considering this dress for my daughters September 2019 wedding. How soon should I order a custom fit and is this dress flowy as I do not want anything tight.

The long sleeves are really nice and it is suitable to wear in this cold season. And the sequins and appliques on top of it are really elaborate and delicate. I am wondering about the diameter of the sleeves. My upper arms are quite large, but I am in love with this dress.
