Several things I would like to say when ordering from uwdress which may be useful for upcoming customers:
-PLEASE contact their customer support team when you have any inquiry. They are very helpful and professional. I told them my wedding theme, place and some other requirements for bridal gown, they recommended me several dresses and I picked up this one finally, a very satisfying dress. I also asked them whether I can add two shoulder straps. They replied me they could do as my request. They were patient and helpful to me.
-DO follow their size chart. Their size chart is different from our regular U.S size. What you need to do is to get your measurements first and then compare them with their size chart. And finally find the corresponding size in their size chart. That will guarantee you to have a perfect fitting dress.
-They can rush order for customers. I asked them the rush the order for me. You can see my dress is complicated to make. They finished their making and shipping within 12 days, really fast, so fast that has greatly surpassed my anticipation.

Overall, I found the whole customer service was top notch and the ordering process is very pleasant. The dress itself is in great quality, fabulous value for money i have paid for it!

I have several online purchase experiences, however I was still a little skeptical about ordering this dress for my wedding from UWdress since it was my first time to buy here.. But the dress was stunning. nicely made in lovely fabrics. It has lace up back so I can adjust the size to fit my body perfectly. While I did have to get the straps around back neck altered on my dress since they are a little loose, even my seamstress complimented the dress was well-crafted :) Great quality, nice style and amazing price. Got this dress yesterday and I jus love it. the asymmetric neckline and the column silhouette design make it look rather classy. And the smooth ribbon around the waist adds the elegance factor of the dress. I especially love the beautiful ruchings they made, so natural that makes it drape so well.and also the unique edging design around the chest is another big plus!
