My dress arrived so quickly (10 days) and it is just perfect! The color was as expected (dusty rose), the custom measurements I gave were followed (thanks Amy, Sophie, and Tina for your communicative emails), and the quality of fabric (chiffon), stitching, and finishing are excellent. I got My dress an it is Beautiful, size fits. I am Mother of the Bride an Her colors are white, red, Black. I had a button that the cover popped of so I started to replace it an when I cut the thread all the buttons started falling off. they wernt sewed on 1 by 1, so I had to resew everyone.

Several things I would like to say when ordering from uwdress which may be useful for upcoming customers:
-PLEASE contact their customer support team when you have any inquiry. They are very helpful and professional. I told them my wedding theme, place and some other requirements for bridal gown, they recommended me several dresses and I picked up this one finally, a very satisfying dress. I also asked them whether I can add two shoulder straps. They replied me they could do as my request. They were patient and helpful to me.
-DO follow their size chart. Their size chart is different from our regular U.S size. What you need to do is to get your measurements first and then compare them with their size chart. And finally find the corresponding size in their size chart. That will guarantee you to have a perfect fitting dress.
-They can rush order for customers. I asked them the rush the order for me. You can see my dress is complicated to make. They finished their making and shipping within 12 days, really fast, so fast that has greatly surpassed my anticipation.

Overall, I found the whole customer service was top notch and the ordering process is very pleasant. The dress itself is in great quality, fabulous value for money i have paid for it!

Got this dress yesterday and I jus love it. the asymmetric neckline and the column silhouette design make it look rather classy. And the smooth ribbon around the waist adds the elegance factor of the dress. I especially love the beautiful ruchings they made, so natural that makes it drape so well.and also the unique edging design around the chest is another big plus! Can't wait to wear it to my firend's wedding next month!

Absolutely stunning..... The bridal dress is amazing and suitale for me as I am a pregnant bride. The empire waistline and lace-up back is convenient for me to adjust its tightness degree. The dress not only reflects its function for me, a pregnant bride, but also shows its beauty. The flowers are beautifully made. And I made some change for the dress--add one shoulder and shorten the hemline to floor length. They made the alteration wonderfully. More importantly, they made the change for totally free. i ordered this dress in black for my graduation and was so pleased with the quality when I tried it on. the delivery was so fast…The pick-up ruffles design on the skirt looks so nice. I'm honestly very pleased with UwDress. I had read reviews on late delivery but my order reached me earlier than other orders made from other stores on the same day. The quality of dress I purchased was good with no strings hanging out loose. Love the embroidery on the dress,it's so beautiful. The colour and size was true to what was mentioned in the website. especially the size problem, you should follow their size chart. That is the only standard of them. As long as you do it, the fitting is no problem. I will definitely be purchasing more from UwDress!
