I am very satisfied with the shopping on UWdress. The dress I got from them has great quality, much better than I expected. I was a bit angry with delivery company not UWdress. DHL left my dress outside the door directly without ringing the bell... I am so happy I had the track number otherwise I would've never known my package had arrived...

Extremely happy with the dress purchased from uwdress.com. Some small alterations are needed around the neck but that's easy to fix. It has great quality and pretty color. The color ordered is navy blue which flatters me very. LOVE UWDRESS!!!

I have done a lot of bussiness with uwdress. Their dresses are priced very reasonable, while still be of good quality. You can hardly get a same dress with same cost if you would buy from a store at the mall. I have also bought some accessories like jewelry and they are unique and well made, also in a cheaper price. The shoes we've purchased from them are also better than what I could get at the local store. I understand that it takes time for my orders to be delivered because it's coming from overseas... It's easy to be skeptical when ordering clothes online but this dress could not be any more perfect for my body type and needs. No need to say, it's a beautiful dress. I'm petite, ordered size 6, it fits me perfectly. I especially love the design on the top half- with beautiful well-made ruffles on it, this dress looks extremely romantic and feminine. Absolutely love it!! I bought it for a friend's wedding, and got tons of compliments on it. Very pleased with the purchase. I recommend it highly.

Several things I would like to say when ordering from uwdress which may be useful for upcoming customers:
-PLEASE contact their customer support team when you have any inquiry. They are very helpful and professional. I told them my wedding theme, place and some other requirements for bridal gown, they recommended me several dresses and I picked up this one finally, a very satisfying dress. I also asked them whether I can add two shoulder straps. They replied me they could do as my request. They were patient and helpful to me.
-DO follow their size chart. Their size chart is different from our regular U.S size. What you need to do is to get your measurements first and then compare them with their size chart. And finally find the corresponding size in their size chart. That will guarantee you to have a perfect fitting dress.
-They can rush order for customers. I asked them the rush the order for me. You can see my dress is complicated to make. They finished their making and shipping within 12 days, really fast, so fast that has greatly surpassed my anticipation.

Overall, I found the whole customer service was top notch and the ordering process is very pleasant. The dress itself is in great quality, fabulous value for money i have paid for it!
