I couldn't be happier with my experience. The dresses arrived much earlier than I expected. I've had bad experiences buying online from other stores so I confess I was a little afraid. When my fiancée and I opened the box and took out one of the six dresses that I order for my bridesmaids I literally started crying. I could tell this people made the dresses with love. Great quality fabric, there is not one single thread out of its place, the color is EXACTLY how they advertised and it looks elegant, classy and incredibly beautiful! Tina got back to me several times to double check the measurements to make sure I was getting the right thing. She is responsive, kind and very professional. I ordered my dress for a wedding, I was a bridesmaid. Not only was the dress absolutely beautiful,but the company went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure my dress arrived on time when I made a size mistake!
When I ordered I accidentally clicked on the wrong size and didn't realize it until the dress arrived! I contacted the company and they worked with me on ordering a second dress for a cost that was very reasonable (considering I would have had to pay shipping to return/exchange the first dress).
I loved the dress and my mom ended up using material from the first dress to make an adorable jacket to go with it! Overall my experience with UWDress.com was incredible and I would definitely recommend ordering from them. The detail on the dress was gorgeous and the quality was amazing. However their customer service was the best in ensuring that my dress arrived on time after my mistake!

I have received my bridal gown this morning. I have to admit that I am quite satisfied with the dress no matter its looking, stitching or its color and fitting. I am excited to wear this to my cousin's wedding. The empire silhouette and spaghetti neckline is simple yet sexy. I am very pleased by its soft chiffon material. The beautiful ruchings plus the shimmering beadings made on the top half are so glamorous that make the dress a perfect one to go to any important occasions. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I Love how professioal the website is!! The dress is amazing, I love it! It's neither an overly dress, nor a dress down casual. The great chiffon material makes the dress look much more expensive than it really is. The eye-catching shimmering beadings made on the waist is a really nice touch!!
