I picked this dress because it had everything I wanted in a dress except well, I wanted it to be a dress with straps (for my chests are small, and I thought it would be much easier for me to wear). I told the customer service staff my thoughts and I was willing to pay some extra changes. they replied quickly, asked me what kind of straps did i want, thick or thin? and other details. They were very nice, most importantly, that alteration was made for free. Dress arrived on time, they did exactly what i wanted, it was amazing and i looked fabulous on it. Wonderful dress! I bought it for my daughter's wedding. Love the cut of the dress, very figure-flattering. The drapped design gives it a mature elegant look. It also feels comfortable with the silk like satin fabric. I'm very pleased with the dress, will back to the store again, thank you.
