Can you order a dress like this but add sleeves to it? I wasn't sure how your website works, is that an option or do you have to go with the way it is already made?

I am excited to wear this to my cousin's wedding. The empire silhouette and spaghetti neckline is simple yet sexy. I am very pleased by its soft chiffon material. The beautiful ruchings plus the shimmering beadings made on the top half are so glamorous that make the dress a perfect one to go to any important occasions. LOVE LOVE LOVE! This is the first dress in about 10 years that I have bought for myself. I don't wear dresses, but have an outside wedding coming up this year. It came fast, and when I tried it on I pretty much fell in love with it. Super comfortable and the flowery strap is sooo romantic. I just had a quick question, I am having my wedding in September of this year and I am having my bridesmaids order their dresses from your website as you have some very gorgeous and affordable dresses. My question was regarding how many you have in stock or if you have an unlimited amount. Of course with a wedding everyone wants to lose weight so we were all wondering if it would be safe to wait until about a month, month and a half before to order so they have that time to lose weight and beable to get the size that they need or if you have only a certain amount and would need to order them now. The dress is the champaign casual a-line sabrina chiffon ruching party dress. Any information will be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
