Several things I would like to say when ordering from uwdress which may be useful for upcoming customers:
-PLEASE contact their customer support team when you have any inquiry. They are very helpful and professional. I told them my wedding theme, place and some other requirements for bridal gown, they recommended me several dresses and I picked up this one finally, a very satisfying dress. I also asked them whether I can add two shoulder straps. They replied me they could do as my request. They were patient and helpful to me.
-DO follow their size chart. Their size chart is different from our regular U.S size. What you need to do is to get your measurements first and then compare them with their size chart. And finally find the corresponding size in their size chart. That will guarantee you to have a perfect fitting dress.
-They can rush order for customers. I asked them the rush the order for me. You can see my dress is complicated to make. They finished their making and shipping within 12 days, really fast, so fast that has greatly surpassed my anticipation.

Overall, I found the whole customer service was top notch and the ordering process is very pleasant. The dress itself is in great quality, fabulous value for money i have paid for it!

I must admit that I like the dress very much as it corresponds to the photos shown at the website. The dress has three layers with different height of hemline. It also adopts hi-lo design on the skirt part, very attractive and fascinating. The embroidery at the waist area is very special, good quality and stunning look. The size is perfect, fitting me just like a glove. I love it so much!!

I have purchased many different kinds of dresses from uwdress. Almost all the items are satisfying. The dresses I have ordered were really nice and looked exactly as in the website. The quality of fabric is very good and they look amazing once I tried them on. I ordered this white gown on the purpose of wearing it at my wedding reception party. In order to move easily, I made the dress to be floor length. They have done that for me freely and now the length is just good for me to wear a high heel. The beadings are well made and secure. The style is very charming and fascinating. The satin fabric is soft and comfy to wear. I love it so much. It was the first time I ordered online and I am quite satisfied with the service.

Thanks for sending me a very nice dress. You did a great job but the dress was a little long匨y own fault I ordered a standard size, and I am actually just 64"... had to get it shortened. Everywhere else fits pretty well, thank you !!!

I must say I was skeptical upon ordering online, especially ordering from an overseas company that I have never heard of before. However, the dress is so attractive. It seems to have special magic to prompt me to place my order. Now, I am happy to say I have done that. My dress arrived as promised on schedule. It was just as beautiful as the online picture shown and very well made! Much better quality than any one that we tried on in local stores and at least one third of the price to for anything comparable! Would definitely recommend you to someone else.

Way too good for this price!! I love the gown, my husband knew the website through facebook and later I had a look at it. I love the dress at first sight, it is an elegant dress, and very romantic too. But with the cut of hi-lo hemline, it also looks very stylish, very easy to wear(do not need to worry about being tipping over the dress,LOL~). I picked this dress because it had everything I wanted in a dress except well, I wanted it to be a dress with straps (for my chests are small, and I thought it would be much easier for me to wear). I told the customer service staff my thoughts and I was willing to pay some extra changes. they replied quickly, asked me what kind of straps did i want, thick or thin? and other details. They were very nice, most importantly, that alteration was made for free. Dress arrived on time, they did exactly what i wanted, it was amazing and i looked fabulous on it.
