I just received dress. Was getting nervous, it took a little longer than I'd expected. But it was exactly as shown: color,style and fit.
Very good quality with the best bra I've seen in a dress.

My only concern is that it has a very bad smell. How can I get that odor out. It is very noticeable.

I’m interested in this dress in turquoise but I was wondering if you could do it in a lighter color like pale aqua?

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The dresses arrived much earlier than I expected. I've had bad experiences buying online from other stores so I confess I was a little afraid. When my fiancée and I opened the box and took out one of the six dresses that I order for my bridesmaids I literally started crying. I could tell this people made the dresses with love. Great quality fabric, there is not one single thread out of its place, the color is EXACTLY how they advertised and it looks elegant, classy and incredibly beautiful! I have received my bridal gown this morning. I have to admit that I am quite satisfied with the dress no matter its looking, stitching or its color and fitting. The one-shoulder design as well as the pleats on the bodice are great and eye-catching. Customer service was first-class. They would reply promptly which I appreciate best. Thank you!!!

Several things I would like to say when ordering from uwdress which may be useful for upcoming customers:
-PLEASE contact their customer support team when you have any inquiry. They are very helpful and professional. I told them my wedding theme, place and some other requirements for bridal gown, they recommended me several dresses and I picked up this one finally, a very satisfying dress. I also asked them whether I can add two shoulder straps. They replied me they could do as my request. They were patient and helpful to me.
-DO follow their size chart. Their size chart is different from our regular U.S size. What you need to do is to get your measurements first and then compare them with their size chart. And finally find the corresponding size in their size chart. That will guarantee you to have a perfect fitting dress.
-They can rush order for customers. I asked them the rush the order for me. You can see my dress is complicated to make. They finished their making and shipping within 12 days, really fast, so fast that has greatly surpassed my anticipation.

Overall, I found the whole customer service was top notch and the ordering process is very pleasant. The dress itself is in great quality, fabulous value for money i have paid for it!

I have several online purchase experiences, however I was still a little skeptical about ordering this dress for my wedding from UWdress since it was my first time to buy here.. But the dress was stunning. nicely made in lovely fabrics. It has lace up back so I can adjust the size to fit my body perfectly. While I did have to get the straps around back neck altered on my dress since they are a little loose, even my seamstress complimented the dress was well-crafted :) Great quality, nice style and amazing price. Gorgeous dress, very slimming and super figure-flattering匱he seacrest color is fresh and pretty. I love the spaghetti straps and hi-lo hemline, making the dress look very chic and sexy. I especially love the appliques made on the front, so pretty~~Can't wait to wear it at the wedding next month.
