Hello, I am seriously considering this dress for my daughters September 2019 wedding. How soon should I order a custom fit and is this dress flowy as I do not want anything tight.

Great quality fabric, there is not one single thread out of its place, the color is EXACTLY how they advertised and it looks elegant, classy and incredibly beautiful! Tina got back to me several times to double check the measurements to make sure I was getting the right thing. She is responsive, kind and very professional.
