We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to get a refund or even return the item, please check the details of the following return policies in case any special conditions applied.

Contact Us within 3 Days after You Receive the Parcel

We only accept return applications that are within 3 days from the day of your signing for the reception of the parcel according to the courier firm. So it is very important that you check the item and try it on as soon as possible. Once you have any unsatisfactory please feel free to contact our customer service team via email at service@uwdress.com, tell us your order number and the problems you have. It would be great if you can take some photographs to show us all the problems. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 days. Our customer service team will inform you the ship back address after they approved your return request. Then you can ship the item back.

Returned Merchandise Must Meet Conditions Described Below

If you are returning dresses,shoes or other accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn,unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint,hair or sweat, and without removing the tag.

After we get your complaint, our customer service team will work with you to figure out a solution together. The return request must meet at least one of situations below:

1. Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Products

When requesting your refund, please provide customer service team with photographs and detailed textual description clearly showing the problem with the products. If you believe your items were damaged or lost during shipping, customer service team also need photographs showing the damaged package as well as proof of damage or lost documentation from the courier firm in order to process your refund.

2. Size or Fitting Issues - More than 1inch Disparity and Unfixable

Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If the dress measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm, or the shoe measurement differences are more than 0.5cm for the length or 0.2cm for the girth,please just contact the customer service team to work out a solution together. If you select the wrong size, the return request cannot be accepted. If you want to exchange for another size, you need to pay for the cost of shipping back and forth. So please be careful to select your size by refering to our size chart at: http://www.uwdress.com/dress-size-chart.html for dress and http://www.uwdress.com/shoe-size-chart.html for shoe.

3. Color Issue - Not Including Ones Caused by Screen Settings

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on UWDress.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us and we are always happy to help solve any problem. If you do want to know whether the color you chose is your expect or not, we suggest you to order color samples first.

4. Items that Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

No returns and no exchanges for personalized items;No returns and no exchanges for earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie, etc) due to hygienic reasons.

Ship the item out within 7 Days after Our Customer Service Team Give You the Return Address

Once our customer service team approved your return request, we will send you an email with information, like return address, which can guide you to ship the item back. Please ship the item our within 7 days after that. Please note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return. After you ship the item out, please send an email to service@uwdress.com to tell us the courier firm you used and the tracking No. of the parcel.

After Receive and Check the Item, We Will Refund You the Money

After we receive and check the returned item, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be refunded to your PayPal account.

Normally, We Will Not Refund You the Money for Shipping

The actual shipping cost (not the sale price for shipping) is charged by courier firm, so that part of money would not be refunded when we accept your return request.

Returns without Our Customer Service Team's Approval Will Be Unacceptable

Yes, of course. You can choose Custom Size and fill in the six accurate measurements: Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to Floor, Height, Heels Height. Then your dress will be tailored according to your own sizes and fit your better.
Please check Measurement(which is the third block on the dress page,and Description is the first one) on each dress page to know how to get the measurements by the correct measuring guide.

2. Are you an online bridal store only?

Yes, all our business is done online and we do not operate any retail bridal store.

So far, uwdress.com does not have any stores or sales offices. However, we carry out the strategy of cutting cost to pass on to our customers. So you can buy your favorite dresses at the unbeatable price.

3. Can I see the dress in other colors?

By clicking a color block , pictures of dresses in some corresponding colors will be displayed.
Due to not all our colors are listed, if the color you want is not available in the menu, please feel free to contact us and tell what color you like for the dress. It would be better for you to provide a color sample so we will see if it will work out.

4.Can You give me some advice of dress style on my shape?

5. Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?

Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

6. If I want to wear high heels with the dress, should I add the length of my heel to my hollow to the floor measurement?

No, there is no need to add the length of the heel to your "Hollow to Floor" measurement. "Hollow to Floor" and "Height" measurements are both measured barefoot. The height of heels need to be provided separately.

7. Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

When we take pictures of dresses, we will try our best to offer their exact colors to our customers.

However, there might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the website, as the settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site . So Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you concern the color very much, please contact our customer service team to get some color samples.

I like the dress, and the length is a perfect at knee-length. I ordered size 8, I following their sizing chart. It fitted me nicely, much nicer than I expected. We are also surprised with the dress' high quality and low price. The quality of the dress is similar and even better than some of the dresses at physical stores. I really like the dresses on UWDress. They are in original and unique design. Not to mention the price which is incredibly low! I ordered this sweetheart knee- length dress in mint green. It's very nice and fits me very well, nearly perfect! It takes some time for the delivery but, well, it comes from China. So you have to keep that in mind. Ordering your dress before one month will be OK. But almost everything's worth it.

Don't hesitate to order the dress. Received my dress about two days ago. It is just as stylish as it looks in the picture. It's well pleated. Fits perfectly though I didn't even get a custom measured dress. You can not believe that you can get such a wonderful dress at this price. The fabric is in great quality. Hello today I speak my views on Store Uwdress.

I live in Brazil , where everything is expensive. Shoes and clothes are all very expensive.

I knew Uwdress by google , and feel in love with it immediately since their items are much cheaper and the quality seemed to be wonderful from customers' feedback.

Just to have a try. I ordered this short teal dress. I was exhilarated to get this well-made dress. The cutting and sewing of the dress is delicate and each seams are dealt with very well. Adding two thin shoulder straps are not asked to pay extra money, pretty good service. And the alteration is wonderful, too.

It turned out to be a reliable company. Now uwdress is my addiction ... can not live without .

This is one of the dresses I ordered fro my bridesmaids. The quality is excellent! I ordered custom sizing, it's a bit big and needs to be taken in but it's a beautiful dress!

If you plan to order with UWDress I suggest you order color swatches of the colors you're interested in (it costs $20 but is totally worth your piece of mind), get custom sizing and plan to work with a seamstress/tailor just in case, or if you're ordering their standard sizing go by measurement (inches or cm) NOT size, and you should contact their customer service before you plan to order they are prompt at responding and very helpful.
