Hello, I am seriously considering this dress for my daughters September 2019 wedding. How soon should I order a custom fit and is this dress flowy as I do not want anything tight.

Bought this dress for a wedding party. It was beautiful, elegant, flattering, and most of all, it's super soft, I felt wonderful in it. I am wondering about the diameter of the sleeves. My upper arms are quite large, but I am in love with this dress.
