How to get foot length and foot girth:
To get accurate measuring, you'd better wear the socks/hosiery you would normally wear for this type of shoes.
First, please stand straight and make your foot on the floor.
Second, mark the longest toe and back of the heel, and then measure the distance from the two lines with your ruler.
Third, measure girth of the widest part of your foot where is between the pinky toe and the joint of the big toe.
Forth, repeat steps above for your other foot, use the longer and wider one. Check with our size chart for the style of shoes you have interest, then select your size.
Measuring heel height and platform height:
We measure heel height the center side of the heel to the point where it meets the sole of the shoe. Measurements are rounded down to the nearest quarter inch.
Same methods can be used to get the platform height.

Contact Us within 3 Days after You Receive the Parcel
We only accept return applications that are within 3 days from the day of your signing for the reception of the parcel according to the courier firm. So it is very important that you check the item and try it on as soon as possible. Once you have any unsatisfactory please feel free to contact our customer service team via email at service@uwdress.com, tell us your order number and the problems you have. It would be great if you can take some photographs to show us all the problems. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 days. Our customer service team will inform you the ship back address after they approved your return request. Then you can ship the item back.
Returned Merchandise Must Meet Conditions Described Below
If you are returning dresses,shoes or other accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn,unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint,hair or sweat, and without removing the tag.
After we get your complaint, our customer service team will work with you to figure out a solution together. The return request must meet at least one of situations below:
1. Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Products
When requesting your refund, please provide customer service team with photographs and detailed textual description clearly showing the problem with the products. If you believe your items were damaged or lost during shipping, customer service team also need photographs showing the damaged package as well as proof of damage or lost documentation from the courier firm in order to process your refund.
2. Size or Fitting Issues - More than 1inch Disparity and Unfixable
Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If the dress measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm, or the shoe measurement differences are more than 0.5cm for the length or 0.2cm for the girth,please just contact the customer service team to work out a solution together. If you select the wrong size, the return request cannot be accepted. If you want to exchange for another size, you need to pay for the cost of shipping back and forth. 3. Color Issue - Not Including Ones Caused by Screen Settings
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on UWDress.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us and we are always happy to help solve any problem. If you do want to know whether the color you chose is your expect or not, we suggest you to order color samples first.
4. Items that Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
No returns and no exchanges for personalized items;No returns and no exchanges for earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie, etc) due to hygienic reasons.
Ship the item out within 7 Days after Our Customer Service Team Give You the Return Address
Once our customer service team approved your return request, we will send you an email with information, like return address, which can guide you to ship the item back. Please ship the item our within 7 days after that. Please note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return. After Receive and Check the Item, We Will Refund You the Money
After we receive and check the returned item, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be refunded to your PayPal account.

Before Ordering Your Shoes:
- Please order a whole size up if the half size isn’t available.
- Please go up half a size if you have wide feet and it’s not available; Please go down a half -size if you have narrow feet and a narrow-fit isn't available.
- It's normal for one foot to be larger than the other; please use the measurements of the bigger foot to determine your shoe size.
- If you are not sure your size in athletic/running shoes, consider ordering a half size larger than your normal size.

After Receiving Your Shoes:

7. How can I measure the heights of the heels?
To ensure consistency, we measure the heights of heels from a sample shoe size. Actual measurements of the heel will match proportionately to the size of your shoe and may differ slightly by size.
Our measurements are from the center of the heel to the spot that it meets the sole. The measurement is separate for platform shoes. We round off our measurements to a quarter inch. 8.The new shoes stained my feet, what is wrong?
When you wear the new shoes the first time, the dye on new shoes will rub off on your feet sometimes. This is normal for natural materials such as leather and fabric, but It's not harmful and will come off with soap and water.
9.My heel is slipping but otherwise my boots feel fine, what is wrong?
Not to worry, this is normal. After wearing them several times, your boots should mold to your feet and stop slipping. Actually, most boots are constructed with a softer heel counter (the reinforced material around your heel). This makes them easier to slide your foot into, but it may cause your heel to slip a bit the first few times you wear them.
