Contact Us within 3 Days after You Receive the Parcel

We only accept return applications that are within 3 days from the day of your signing for the reception of the parcel according to the courier firm. So it is very important that you check the item and try it on as soon as possible. Once you have any unsatisfactory please feel free to contact our customer service team via email at service@uwdress.com, tell us your order number and the problems you have. It would be great if you can take some photographs to show us all the problems. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 days. Our customer service team will inform you the ship back address after they approved your return request. Then you can ship the item back.

Returned Merchandise Must Meet Conditions Described Below

If you are returning dresses,shoes or other accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn,unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint,hair or sweat, and without removing the tag.

After we get your complaint, our customer service team will work with you to figure out a solution together. The return request must meet at least one of situations below:

1. Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Products

When requesting your refund, please provide customer service team with photographs and detailed textual description clearly showing the problem with the products. If you believe your items were damaged or lost during shipping, customer service team also need photographs showing the damaged package as well as proof of damage or lost documentation from the courier firm in order to process your refund.

2. Size or Fitting Issues - More than 1inch Disparity and Unfixable

Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If the dress measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm, or the shoe measurement differences are more than 0.5cm for the length or 0.2cm for the girth,please just contact the customer service team to work out a solution together. If you select the wrong size, the return request cannot be accepted. If you want to exchange for another size, you need to pay for the cost of shipping back and forth. So please be careful to select your size by refering to our size chart at: http://www.uwdress.com/dress-size-chart.html for dress and http://www.uwdress.com/shoe-size-chart.html for shoe.

3. Color Issue - Not Including Ones Caused by Screen Settings

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on UWDress.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us and we are always happy to help solve any problem. If you do want to know whether the color you chose is your expect or not, we suggest you to order color samples first.

4. Items that Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

No returns and no exchanges for personalized items;No returns and no exchanges for earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie, etc) due to hygienic reasons.

Ship the item out within 7 Days after Our Customer Service Team Give You the Return Address

Once our customer service team approved your return request, we will send you an email with information, like return address, which can guide you to ship the item back. Please ship the item our within 7 days after that. Please note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return. After you ship the item out, please send an email to service@uwdress.com to tell us the courier firm you used and the tracking No. of the parcel.

After Receive and Check the Item, We Will Refund You the Money

After we receive and check the returned item, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be refunded to your PayPal account.

Normally, We Will Not Refund You the Money for Shipping

The actual shipping cost (not the sale price for shipping) is charged by courier firm, so that part of money would not be refunded when we accept your return request.

2. Are you an online bridal store only?

Yes, all our business is done online and we do not operate any retail bridal store.

3. Can I see the dress in other colors?

5. Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?

Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

6. If I want to wear high heels with the dress, should I add the length of my heel to my hollow to the floor measurement?

No, there is no need to add the length of the heel to your "Hollow to Floor" measurement. "Hollow to Floor" and "Height" measurements are both measured barefoot. The height of heels need to be provided separately.

7. Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

When we take pictures of dresses, we will try our best to offer their exact colors to our customers.

However, there might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the website, as the settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site . This is a beautiful dress for a great price! The Seafoam Green color really goes well with my complexion. It looks rather chic with an asymmetric neckline. I am goin to be a bridalmaid in 15 days and was wondering if I did order a dress that it would get here on time. Please get back to me ASAP!! If I select custom size and there is a problem once I receive the dress, can I still return it??

Nice dress, prettier in the picture. The coral one was also very pretty. Excellent material and excellent shipping time! Everyone was very impressed at the wedding where I wore it.

This dress is so nice and fits prefect, absolutely nothing wrong with it. The color is super rich and beautiful looking! This dress looks classy, but still sexy. I loved the dress it looks great on me and i cant wait to wear it out!

This is a very lovely dress. The front with one-shoulder and wrinkled design is so nice. It's better than I exspected. I had ever went to many department stores for this style dress but did not see anything that i like. The color, design of this dress fits me perfectly. And price is also affordable. This is the first time that i had ever ordered clothing online and never make me disappoint.
