Contact Us within 3 Days after You Receive the Parcel

We only accept return applications that are within 3 days from the day of your signing for the reception of the parcel according to the courier firm. So it is very important that you check the item and try it on as soon as possible. Once you have any unsatisfactory please feel free to contact our customer service team via email at service@uwdress.com, tell us your order number and the problems you have. It would be great if you can take some photographs to show us all the problems. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 days. Our customer service team will inform you the ship back address after they approved your return request. Then you can ship the item back.

Returned Merchandise Must Meet Conditions Described Below

If you are returning dresses,shoes or other accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn,unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint,hair or sweat, and without removing the tag.

After we get your complaint, our customer service team will work with you to figure out a solution together. The return request must meet at least one of situations below:

1. Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Products

When requesting your refund, please provide customer service team with photographs and detailed textual description clearly showing the problem with the products. If you believe your items were damaged or lost during shipping, customer service team also need photographs showing the damaged package as well as proof of damage or lost documentation from the courier firm in order to process your refund.

2. Size or Fitting Issues - More than 1inch Disparity and Unfixable

Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If the dress measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm, or the shoe measurement differences are more than 0.5cm for the length or 0.2cm for the girth,please just contact the customer service team to work out a solution together. If you select the wrong size, the return request cannot be accepted. If you want to exchange for another size, you need to pay for the cost of shipping back and forth. So please be careful to select your size by refering to our size chart at: http://www.uwdress.com/dress-size-chart.html for dress and http://www.uwdress.com/shoe-size-chart.html for shoe.

3. Color Issue - Not Including Ones Caused by Screen Settings

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on UWDress.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us and we are always happy to help solve any problem. If you do want to know whether the color you chose is your expect or not, we suggest you to order color samples first.

4. Items that Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

No returns and no exchanges for personalized items;No returns and no exchanges for earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie, etc) due to hygienic reasons.

Ship the item out within 7 Days after Our Customer Service Team Give You the Return Address

Once our customer service team approved your return request, we will send you an email with information, like return address, which can guide you to ship the item back. Please ship the item our within 7 days after that. Please note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return. After you ship the item out, please send an email to service@uwdress.com to tell us the courier firm you used and the tracking No. of the parcel.

After Receive and Check the Item, We Will Refund You the Money

After we receive and check the returned item, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be refunded to your PayPal account.

Normally, We Will Not Refund You the Money for Shipping

The actual shipping cost (not the sale price for shipping) is charged by courier firm, so that part of money would not be refunded when we accept your return request.

Yes, of course. You can choose Custom Size and fill in the six accurate measurements: Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to Floor, Height, Heels Height. Then your dress will be tailored according to your own sizes and fit your better.

2. Are you an online bridal store only?

Yes, all our business is done online and we do not operate any retail bridal store.

3. Can I see the dress in other colors?

5. Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?

Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

6. If I want to wear high heels with the dress, should I add the length of my heel to my hollow to the floor measurement?

No, there is no need to add the length of the heel to your "Hollow to Floor" measurement. "Hollow to Floor" and "Height" measurements are both measured barefoot. The height of heels need to be provided separately.

7. Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

When we take pictures of dresses, we will try our best to offer their exact colors to our customers.

However, there might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the website, as the settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site . Ordered the Dress mid Feb, it arrived late March, which was perfect! I still have a month til the wedding to have it altered. It is a little big in the rib area, which would make sense because It wasn't in the exact measurements. The Dusty Rose color is perfect and the Bride Loves it! The quality is fantastic! I have other bridesmaid dresses, and all of them were twice the price but same quality! This includes a dress from Weddington Way, one from David's Bridal, and one from Alfred Angelo. I was able to contact them immediately with my exact measurements, and the reps were very good about answering all of my questions.

You have to pay attention to the sizes and really take a look at the measurements because it tends to run a bit small. This black floor length dress is so stunning and fantastic on me. I purchased this dress in burgundy for a military ball. I arrived in 2 weeks and was beautifully made. I love its fit, pretty good. Their size chart is different, a little bit smaller than standard size.So I ordered 1 size up. The only drawback was dress got some wrinkles for package delivery...Have to get them out...Other than that, the dress is amazing looking and the flow of the dress was beautiful. After reading some feedback from others, I knew that their size runs smaller than normal U.S size. Then I became anxious about their fitting. So I worte them e-mail asking whether to get the accurate size.

They gave me a repsonse quickly and told me that their size chart is the only standard of their measurements. What I should do was to write down my measurements and find the corresponding size on their size chart. I did as what they requred and ordered my dress in size 4.

The dress came to me quickly. I did not see its style and workmanship first but to try it on to see whether the fitting is as great as their promise. Putting it on, I was thrilled with the fitting. It fits me perfectly, like a glove. Then I noticed the stitiching is second to none and the style is good looking on me.

I am really, really and really satisfied with the dress and the company!!!!!

My story may be a little long. When I decided to buy wedding dress online, I searched out many websites firstly. According to the pageview, I selected out the top five. Then I searched one style dress which I saw in a physical store. Compared the dress in terms of quality, price and other customers' review carefully, I decided to buy the dress at Uwdress finally.

After that, I contacted the customer support staff and asked them whether there is some color shade between the picture and the actual color. They answered me quickly and said they could provide me with color sample. Receiving five color samples which seemed to be similar to blue, I finally ordered the dress in ice blue. Then we discussed the question whether I should use customed size. They guided me to take measurements and compared them with their size chart carefully. They found that my size did not match any size in their chart. So they offer me free custom size service considering that I have sent $20 shipping fee for ordering color swatches. I was so glad that could do that for me. Then I consulted with them about the delivery time. They told me all dresses were made to order and it usually took 20 days for producing and shipping. I said I hope the dress could come to me as soon as possible. They promised me that the dress would arrive within 20 days.

The fact was that the dress came to me in 14 days, nearly one week before their promised date. It is a surprise to me. Trying it on, I felt that I was a queen, fitting me well both the size and style. Thank you very much for your patience for me.

The dress was gorgeous! When the package arrived, I opened the package and tried it on, everything was fine except that the waist was a little tight. So I brought it to the tailorship for alteration. The tailor praised the dress and told me, a similar dress at downtown store would cost nearly 300 dollars. According to his words, I guess all the other dresses by UWDress are great too. For sure I'll be back. And highly recommend UWDress!

This dress was everything and more than I expected it to be. The V-neck design was great. This dress would work for any party, from wedding guest to bridesmaid, from prom to a formal event...it's just beautiful.
